About Us
Super NoVA Eggs was started after learning everything about raising hens from Pam Jones and Sarah Obuchowicz at Gathering Springs Farm. We are proud to have a shared commitment to raising chickens thoughtfully and responsibly.
From the start, we believed great eggs come from great care for the hens, the land, and the farming community. That belief guides everything at Super NoVA Eggs, from regenerative pasture management to daily animal care.
We are deeply rooted in service, volunteering with the Fauquier Education Farm to help expand access to fresh, local food. We credit our success to generous mentors and the constant support of our families.
Super NoVA Eggs is a family-and-community operation, often with kiddos and farm dogs close by. At its core, the farm is built on stewardship, respect for animals, and the belief that good food should be raised with care and intention.

At Super NoVA Eggs, our mission is to produce exceptional eggs through pasture-raised, regenerative farming practices that prioritize the health of our hens, our land, and our community.
We believe great eggs start with happy, healthy hens. Our flocks are raised on fresh pasture with access to fresh air, sunshine, and space to roam, forage, and express natural behaviors. By managing our land regeneratively, we work to improve soil health, support biodiversity, and create a resilient farm ecosystem that benefits both animals and the environment.
Every decision we make, from how our hens are raised to how our pastures are managed, is guided by care, integrity, and respect for natural systems. The result is eggs that are not only fresher and more flavorful, but also responsibly produced and deeply connected to the land they come from.
